Is there a limit on how many files can be uploaded into my account?

It's unlimited for all accounts. We do not limit the number of files that can be uploaded into your account.

Where are the files stored and how secure are our files with FileSpin.io?

Once user uploads a file using the FileSpin.io File Picker at your website, FileSpin.io securely stores the file in the Storage you have configured. If we cannot access your storage, we will store the file in our storage which you can access at any time.
All file transfers into and out of our servers are via secure protocols (HTTPS, SFTP).

What are the file formats that can be uploaded using FileSpin.io File Picker?

FileSpin.io File Picker by default allows any file to be uploaded. You can configure the File Picker while deploying it to your website to limit uploads to specific formats such as JPG and PNG.

Are there any file size limits for uploads, image processing and video conversion?
