The FileSpin Teleport is a Containerised application that provides:-
- High volume uploading of assets from on-premise to FileSpin Cloud. Teleport uploads assets by continuously monitoring specific local folders (Watched Folders, a.k.a. Hot Folders) and uploading files in the background. Teleport provided a reliable and efficient way to upload assets while seamlessly handling any connectivity loss.
- Supports APIs that are a subset of the FileSpin Cloud APIs. This enables local applications to seamlessly use Teleport for local Asset access and local processing. Once the asset has been uploaded to the Cloud, assets can be seamlessly accessed using cloud endpoints. See the FileSpin Cloud APIs section for more details on available Teleport API.
- Supports local on-premise addons deployment. Addons such as Background Remove, Face Recognition & Search are supported. A number of pre-built FileSpin addons are available for on-premise deployment alongside Teleport. For a list of FileSpin addons, please refer to the FileSpin Addons section.
